Hi, I am Cassandra

I am a film and digital family photographer based in Northern California.

As a mom and wife that is head over heels for her three little girls and husband, I am just not satisfied with a traditional portrait (the kind where everyone stands side by side and says "cheese") It is nice, but it doesn't make my heart melt or bring joy to my soul.  I want portraits that make me feel and remember today. Just minus the dirt and spit up stains from everyday life. I want it to be authentic, but also look beautiful.

So I come to your session as a mom with a deep longing within her to remember all the best moments of your family.

And I come as an artist with an eye that seeks to make everything look stunning. I might rearrange your living room or adjust someones hair or outfit.  I am not a fly on the wall coming to simply document. I direct and insert myself into your already beautiful love story to make it that much more stunning.
